Summer Camp Session: There are two 4-week summer camp sessions. Each session costs $950.00 ($237.50 per week). Campers are encouraged to sign up for the full 4-week session to obtain the best price and experience. Many of our campers attend all summer! You may split the session by attending any combination of four weeks throughout sessions I and II. Weekly sessions are also available for a price of $265.00 per week. After Session II, there are two 1 week programs: Ocean Quest and Adventure Camp. Adventure Camp costs $265.00 for all ages. Ocean Quest costs $275.00 for grades K - 2 and $325.00 for grades 3 and up if they are doing Pennekamp or $365 if they are doing Dolphin Encounter (older campers can do either Pennekamp snorkeling or Dolphin encounter, they cannot do both. We also have added an exciting optional field trip for Ocean Quest week. Our Dolphin Encounter excursion is open to all ages and is $365.00. These two programs are separate and may not be used in the split-session plan.

Many of our foreign visitors ask to add a week before Ocean Quest and Adventure Camp. Each additional week costs $265.00 if not attending the full 4-week session.

Discounts Summer 2010

Sibling Discount:

A 10% discount will be applied for each additional child, after the first child, living in the same household for Camp Fees for Session 1, Session 2, and Adventure Camp. This discount includes Extended Care, but does not include Ocean Quest, Bus Service or specialized camp programs such as Mountain Biking, L.I.T. Program, Wild Photo Safari, Starlight Sleepover, or Family Sleepover.)*

Early Bird Discount:

Tuition paid in full by cash, check, or credit card and received before April 10, 2010, will receive a 10% discount.*

Total Summer Discount:

A 5% discount will be given if child attends all 8 weeks of Sessions 1 and 2.

*The maximum discount any child can receive is 10%, so a child cannot receive both a Sibling Discount AND a Total Summer Discount.

 

Bus Service (Hugh Taylor Birch Camp ONLY)

Camp Live Oak provides bus service from Weston, Plantation, and N. Broward county to the Birch site only. Time tables and specific information on stops is located in our Transportation tab. Please note, there is NO BUS SERVICE for Winter or Spring camps. Summer Only.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per child, per session is required when submitting your child's application. This deposit will be applied to the camp fee. The deposit will reserve your child's spot at camp. The sibling discount is deducted when full payment is due. Since Session 1 is due in full after May 14, 2010 we do not accept deposits, only full payments for this session. Session 2, Ocean Quest and Adventure Camp must be paid in full after May 28, 2010. No deposits for these sessions' after this date. All payments are due in full upon registration after May 28, 2010.

IE: Session 1 and Ocean Quest = $200 Deposit

Note: Campers may not attend camp unless all fees have been paid for the period(s) of attendance. Camp Live Oak will not re-bill parents.

If payment is not made by the date(s) listed above, a child will not be considered enrolled. The deposit will be kept by Camp Live Oak and the reserved space will be given to a child on the waiting list.
