Campers will explore the wonders of nature through engaging activities like canoeing, archery, fishing, and swimming. This fun-filled program provides the perfect opportunity for kids to get outside, stay active, and make lifelong memories.

Spring Camp: A Time Capsule Tour of Florida
Step back in time and journey forward at Camp Live Oak’s Spring Camp: A Time Capsule Tour of Florida. Set in the heart of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, this five-day adventure invites campers to explore Florida’s incredible past, vibrant ecosystems, rich cultural history, and the future of conservation — all through hands-on discovery and outdoor fun.
Each day focuses on a new chapter of Florida’s story, from prehistoric seas and fossils to Native Florida cultures, modern ecosystems, and protecting our natural world for generations to come. Campers learn through science activities, creative projects, ranger-led hikes, and classic Camp Live Oak favorites like canoeing, archery, fishing, swimming, and beach games.
Our Spring Camp is designed to spark curiosity, encourage teamwork, and create meaningful connections to nature — all in a safe, supportive, and fun camp environment.
Daily Activities
Each day at Spring Camp is packed with exciting themed activities, from exploring optical illusions and camouflage to meeting amphibians and reptiles, ensuring fun and discovery for all!

Spring Camp Discounts
